Some would describe a Chatterbox as someone who talk a lot about nonsense. Here, I'd like to change the narrative and say; we talk about nonsense that makes sense while learning that your feelings are not facts but the fact that you feel matters. Here's why. We all need someone to share with who won't judge, argue or disagree with the nonsense that is racing in the brain. Sometimes we can use just a listening ear to all the thoughts that never seem to get quite. If that's you, I welcome and invite you to this inclusive family. My name is Sofia, and let me tell you, the holiday season threw me a curveball of loss and grief that sent me on a journaling adventure a few years back! This trusty journal turned into my personal therapist, letting me reflect, rediscover, and untangle the wild mess of my thoughts.
